The Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre is proud to present an online series for educators as well as docents and museum guides engaged in Holocaust education in South Africa. The series is designed to enrich educational staff by providing new pedagogical tools and by offering a fresh outlook on Holocaust teaching using a digital platform.

Dr. Noa Mkayton will explain Yad Vashem’s educational concept, focusing on the Jewish perspective when teaching the Holocaust. It will provide teachers with a set of general tools for teaching the Holocaust as a human tragedy.
