TJHTalks - Auschwitz: Place, Memory, & Education

TIME: 2:00 PM ET | PLATFORM: Zoom | REGISTER: bit.ly/383zlMq

Taube Jewish Heritage Tours is pleased to announce the next session of #TJHTalks, organized in cooperation with FASPE: Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics.

As a visit to Auschwitz is currently not possible and many witnesses of the Shoah are no longer with us, we are challenged to find ways of preserving memory, curating visits to memorial sites, and transmitting historical narratives.

The guest speakers will discuss the impact and efficacy of Holocaust education, the role of memorial sites and museum exhibitions, and explore the development of interdisciplinary approaches to these contemporary issues.

Join Paul Salmons (Paul Salmons Associates), Dr. Thorsten Wagner (FASPE), and Paweł Sawicki (Auschwitz Birkenau State Museum) for an exclusive broadcast of “Auschwitz: Place, Memory, and Education.”
