Leesa Kelly is the Founder of Memorialize the Movement, a grassroots initiative dedicated to the preservation and accessibility of the plywood protest murals that went up after the murder of George Floyd. When she is not preserving boards she is working on her blog, Leesa Lives, and facilitating self care workshops tailored for women of color. She is also a social justice activist who believes in uplifting and supporting other Black and Indigenous women of color though coalition building and collaborations.
